Homemade Pizza



This Easy Focaccia recipe takes only 15 minutes of actual work but 3-4 hours of wait from start to finish. I use this recipe has pizza dough all the time, just remember to roll it thin which will help it cook properly.

Pizza is the perfect meal to get ride of small left over in your fridge! Often I will make a pizza with 3 different theme in the same pan!

Pizza Topping Ideas
Place the topping on the pizza in the same order as you read them!

From The Bay
Pesto, Smoked Oysters, Pine Nuts
Mozarella, Brie, Gouda, Parmesan, Goat Cheese, Asiago, Red Onions,

Le Poulet
Tomato sauce, Basil, Fresh chopped Garlic, cooked chicken, Mozarella, Asiago, Tomato, Bacon

The Fisherman's Choice
Alfredo Sauce, cooked Shrimp and/or cooked Salmon, and/or cooked Mozarella, Asiago, Parmesan, Red Onions, Capers, Anchovies, Pine Nuts

The Mexi-Canadian
Salsa sauce, cooked Ground Beef, a touch of Taco seasoning, the bottom of a Tortilla Chips Bag all crunched up, Cheddar, Mozarella, Red Onions, Green Onions, Jalapeno

The Meat Lover
Tomato sauce, cooked Roast Beef and/or cooked Chicken and/or cooked Pork Chop and/or cooked Lamb Roast, Mozarella, Asiago, Parmesan, Mushrooms, Peppers, sauteed Zucchini, Onions


About the cheese you can use one or all of them on your pizza...
When you use cooked meat, just make sure that you slice it very thin and/or in small pieces. Also, I always end up with small pieces of different cheeses in my fridge and everything goes for pizza. Experiment and send me your ideas!

Bake at 425F, and rotate twice in the oven, and cook until well browned
About 18-28 minutes.
