Penticton Catering company - We can do larger events outdoors or indoors. Our specialty is barbecue food and we can accommodate the vegetarians, vegans and gluten people in your life.
We have done lunches at construction sites, housewarming dinners, pool parties, staff parties… each time with fresh food cooked right there.
All over the Okanagan area, including Big White! We can do Cocktail/Tapas types of evenings or a Sit Down meal,or a combination of both. Guests can watch Chef Martin preparing food in their kitchen for more interaction. Parties at homes, and all kinds of family gatherings – for some families, every occasion over many years!

Chef Martin and his wife/business partner Kristin provided an amazing meal at our wedding and were able to do so safely and professionally with the ongoing pandemic. They were very flexible and helpful in dealing with the changing requirements for public health orders. Also, they are very organized and experienced which was helpful on such a busy day for us. Our guests enjoyed the variety of BBQ meats, veggie chili, and bright colourful salads. We especially LOVED the Mac and Cheese but everything was so tasty! We would 100% recommend The Chef in Stead for any event you need to be catered.
