Chef Martin has rich experience in the culinary and pastry arts - a career that has spanned over 38 years. Chef has worked in Quebec, Alberta,

British Columbia, the Caribbean and now in Kelowna, Vernon and Penticton.

Over the years, Chef Martin has worked in restaurants, cafeterias, banquet halls, movie catering, pastry shops, cruise ships and AAA 4 Diamond fine dining rooms. He has cooked foods from all over the world, Greek, Italian, Canadian, American, French, Asian and more, all this during breakfast, lunch and dinner.

During his career, Chef Martin, has cooked for many high profile people from all over the world including; Susan Sarandon, Tim Robbins, Robert Kennedy, Dan Akroyd, Howie Mandel, Michael Ironside, that's naming only a few.

Cooking out of a his own movie catering van, many stars filled their plates with his appealing food selections, and vast knowledge. 

"I can't wait to meet amateur chefs in their own kitchens, and start showing them how to organize, cook and present amazing gourmet foods the quick and easy way,” says Chef Martin.

Chef Martin has been a Professional Certified Dog Trainer for 12 years, so on his time off, he spends time training, Freyja, his and his wife's chocolate lab, to find mushrooms! You can always stop him and ask for dog advice and you will notice his second passion in life!

Never too small to learn.

Chef Martin has been instructing his daughter from a young age to cook. He feels kids are more likely to leave the nest with a great foundation in the kitchen and at the grill.
