in your Home

Especially in the winter, the chef is busy cooking in people’s homes as a private chef. Throughout the Okanagan, from Vernon to Penticton (and further afield if it makes sense), Chef Martin has entertained groups having a meal for dinner clubs (a switch from that potluck!), to anniversaries and birthdays, and for smaller office parties or family gatherings. Après-ski dinners are also popular at Big White Kelowna and Silver Star ski resorts. We also go to Predator Ridge!

over your kitchen

Chef Martin arrives at your home with groceries and his essential tools. He will cook all afternoon, live in your kitchen.

His wife Kristin assists at larger events,

and serves when required.

There are a TWO MAIN OPTIONS available:

Cocktail/Tapas Stand Around meal.

Perfect where you don’t have enough space to properly sit down with your guests at a table. So instead of making your guests eat on their knees, a stand around meal is best.

Select the style that works for your special occasion and space.


More formal Sit-Down meal

It's wonderful when you can seat everyone properly, with chairs around a big table. Whether it can be a plated or buffet style meal, depending on how many people and the venue.

CUSTOMER REVIEW

Celebrated a milestone birthday with family recently and we had Chef Martin take care of everything for us. The food was fantastic, from the appies to main course and especially dessert. Chef entertained our guests and even disclosed some of his prized recipes; Thai prawn appie, stuffed mushrooms, cheddar rosemary shortbreads. Beef tenderloin and rack of lamb (to die for) etc. etc. chef did all the heavy lifting; shopping, cooking, serving & cleanup……what a treat!
